#10days

When I saw the snowcovered #Libya'n palms on #Jan12 I painfully realized the not existing German #winter. If I counted right we had exactly three times snow, each for max one day. Is this the prophetized #climatechange? But I'm not complaining. I'm glad for the Lybians experiencing their first winter in #freedom after 42 infamous years.

On #Jan13 the weekly #Twitter campaign for #Syria took place at the usual time. The week before the chosen hashtag #300DaysLater climbed at 2nd place in the worldwide trend list. This week again a high entry in the Top10. The awareness for the Syrian #freedom movement has increasingly risen in the last time, another trend to be worked for to be continued.

One of the terror tactics #Bashar‘s regime is using on the civil population is cut off electricity, even more times a day. An example of pragmatic optimism was this comment on the situation on #Jan15. And the more remarkable regarding the life threatening circumstances in #Syria.

The news were a hit in the stomach. On #Jan17 the cameraman filming #Assad‘s ,spontaneous‘ hello from the reverse angle uncovering the real ammount of pro-regimers was arrested. Anyone who knows what pervert orders the regime is able to give might have had in the mind at that moment ,somehow to be expected‘. But thanks to this brave guy who‘s now imprisoned - prayers for his health - we witness the #evidence that the regime‘s becoming more and more obsessed from cheap #orchestrations.

When you‘re digging in the info stream comparing press releases, articles, videos, footages and reports it may occur that you sink so deep in for a while not having contact to the TL. Especially if you‘re busy reading complex political writings highly concentrated on differing between content and empty phrases. The discussions about the #EuroCrisis is one of those topics. #Jan18 was such a day and the more it surprised me in a pure positive manner this powerful shortliner shifting the whole theme back to the real #value.

Another Friday, another successful #Twitter campaign, another peaceful protests after the prayers randomly attacked and dispersed by regimethugs killing some dozen. Also in #Homs, the city in the meantime legendary famous as #freedom movement hotbed and since longer famous for their extraordinary sense of #humor. A typical example discovered on #Jan20.

A day with many mixed surprising news. #Saleh‘s granted immunity in #Yemen. A foul compromise clearly contradicting the demands of the Yemeni #freedom movement. The announced release of #MaikelNabil together with nearly 2.000 political prisoners. Sounds at first time amazing but leaves the bitter taste of some more thousands of detainees of conscience still arrested. The first #Assad-free declared city was #Zabadani some days ago. The moral of the inhabitants and the #FSA freedom fighters rises with every single second being nevertheless in a state of high alertness regarding Assads divisions positioned around the town. This tweet from #Jan21 I regard as somehow visionary: the desperate excessive increase of violent measures is announcing the agony of the security forces. Meanwhile #Douma is declared as freed zone. And for the cat those murderous maniacs will also have to pay!

#Twitter is a pulsating virtual microcosmos containing everyone and everything from authentic #individual to programmed #bot. And even #God in Christian appearance is present reminding us on the simple banality of our being.

Finally the #10days who-to-follow recommendation. For all #football freaks. Fresh on #Twitter air. Have a look in the Middle East football scene following the Lebanese national team.
