In The Spirit Of Both Prophets

I'm angry.

I'm angry on Bashar al-Assad and his whole bunch.

Reason is that he urged me to deal with images from the country he rules completely contradicting my moral and my esthetic perception. Images from shot minors, some of them not even a year old. Images from humiliated and disembowellled bodies. Images from blown off heads caused by huge caliber rifle ammo. And who did this all? Bashar's faithless and merciless devotees.

Before anyone likes to reply 'But why haven't you looked away?' I give everyone the answer: the rest of the world, especially the ruling global elites are looking away because of different reasons, some based on concerns, other ones on personal interests, and in my opinion it's a clear task for every human being not to look away to not become a complicit of those responsible for the crimes against humanity.

The whole global communities' leaders are unable to see, to listen, to speak, to act.

If God had wanted that they won't see he'd made them blind.
If God had wanted that they won't listen he'd made them deaf.
If God had wanted that they won't speak he'd made them mute.
If God had wanted that they don't act he'd made them paralyzed.

Assad is trying to divide the Syrian nation in each imaginable sector. Inciting everyone against everybody. That's why al-wa7da al-wataniya, the national unity is so important among all Syrians who rise up against the regime, doesn't matter what confession they have, doesn't matter what ethnical lineage they have, doesn't matter from which city, village or town they're from.

My prayers are for the process on the way to al-wa7da al-wataniya, united against the real enemy of the Syrian people, the regime. To overcome the Assad dynasty will happen from inside Syria, with or without the assistance of the world community.

The bright light of freedom will dissolve the fog of evil.

Inshallah Hallelujah!
